На рынке мы выросли от стартапа по привлечению трафика до компании с международными проектами. Мы занимаемся разработкой в сфере гейм-приложений, гемблинга и систем BI-аналитики. - Code review;
- Взаимодействие с коллегами из смежных отделов;

This is a people management role with a minimal amount of hands-on coding; you will lead a cross-functional team of 4-7 people, taking full ownership of the implementation of one of our products.

MISSION

Taking ownership of the end-to-end implementation of one of our products with the clear goal of making each IT delivery a success story
Leading a cross-functional team, consisting of developers (BE/FE/Mobile), a QA, and a PM
You will strike a delicate balance between shipping features fast and making sure that your developers are not overwhelmed
Coach, mentor, and further develop engineers on your team; be open and empathetic with continuous feedback to your team
You help to collaboratively set up development processes (sprints, code reviews, communication processes) and ensure that the team sticks to them
Work with other teams across the department to identify and build on improvements to our processes and systems
Grow your team by making hiring decisions, onboarding new members and planning capacity

Ideally, 6+ years in software development with 2+ years in leadership roles (teams of 3+ developers)

You follow technology trends and you can explain which tools (e.g. languages, frameworks, approaches) are best for different use cases

Wazzup ищет Team Lead Fullstack в команду разработки новых проектов


Формат работы: удаленно или офис в Москве (м. Хорошево, м. Народное ополчение)
Занятость: полная, 10:00 - 19:00 (gmt+3)

Немножко о нас и вакансии: мы не стартап, который завтра развалится. Не живем на деньги ангелов и инвесторов. У нас уже 5 тысяч платящих клиентов. Мы первые в нише по СНГ и начинаем завоевывать штаты и Южную Америку. Уже сейчас 12% процентов выручки приходит в долларах.

Основной наш проект - интеграция WhatsApp, Instagram и Telegram в различные CRM системы. Но сейчас ищем тимлида, которому сможем доверить создавать новый проект с нуля. Планируем выстроить экосистему вокруг основного проекта. Обещаем свободу действий в своей вотчине и возможность роста до CTO.

Что нужно будет делать:
-Заниматься разными задачами тимлида от организации работы в команде до найма, проведения 1-1

-Писать чистый, читабельный, поддерживаемый код
-Рефакторить легаси код

-Опыт бекенд разработки (любой стек - php, python. Node.js будет преимуществом)
